what's i need to mex c++ code, where visual studio 2015, and visual studio redistributables 2015 were installed?

I need to complie VLfeat toolbox downloaded from this website vlfeat, i have matlab 2022a, windows 10, i installed visual studio 2015, and visual studio redistributables 2015 (x86 and x64).
when i use vl_demo this error appered, I receive the following error:
Invalid MEX-file 'F:\vlfeat-0.9.18\toolbox\mex\mexw64\vl_covdet.mexw64':The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the
application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
