I cant type anything in the editor.

I cant type anything in the editor but the command window works even though not smoothly. Im using a free trial version of 2023a and my pc isnt that suitable for that ( its using like 80% of pc memory). Is it my pc fault or something else?

Try restarting MATLAB and see if that fixes it.
I'm pretty sure you get free help while on a free trial. I'd call tech support on the telephone and talk to a real live friendly person. Ask for "Tech Support" and "installation" since it seems something is not installed properly.
