How to measure the phase displacement between the phases of a three phase signal in simulink ? Is there any dedicated phase displacement measurment block in simulink library browser in simulink ?

You can use single phase, phase locked loops to get the angle of each phase individually. This is fairly computationally expensive though as phase locked loops require a lot of computation to estimate/measure the phase of a signal.
