Why did I see two licenses after purchasing the students License?

Good day, please I want to know what does the Master License implies? I purchased the student license and I am seeing two different Licenses; Master License and Student Licens

Master License is roughly "customer number". All of your individual licenses are linked to one license representing "you".
So for example my commercial licenses and my beta testing licenses all have different license numbers and associated start and end dates, but they are all linked to my "master license".
