A difficult timer?

hello,
I wonder why nobody, so far, has succeded in writing the right code for a timer object:
I want only a simple webread(https......csv) to be refreshed on command window, every 60 sec. this webread returns a table data (ans) on my workspace.
I've receveid in older posts about 6-7 answers to this question but any is working.
who can help? tks
