Howdy! I'm trying to change the limits of my boxes within my box and whisker plot. If you look at my final group in the plot (32C), it seems the box has been cut off. I would like to see the rest of the box and the error bar. I changed the yaxis lim but with no luck. Please see my code below.
figure(1)
boxplot(control,'Labels',{'22C','25C','28C','32C'});
ylim([0 5]);
ax=gca;
ax.YAxis.Exponent=0;
title('Visual Health Over Different Temperatures (Control)')
xlabel('Temperature (C)')
ylabel('GPA Value')

"it seems the box has been cut off"
Consider the fact that the boxplot may be accurate as presented.

Hi Heather. Could you share the data points you are using to create the boxplot.
