When I run my code in Matlab it displays a graph but in Simulink it doesn't

This is my Simulink model with rw and gyros for three axis. It is not integrated block, it is transfer function block

i'm just guessing since you didnt share the simulink + workspace.

Are you sure that everything is loaded in the workspace?

Maybe you need an input block somewhere? you only have constants and gains, although the integrator should at least garantee that something should be plotted

This is ACS model of spacecraft with rw and rate gyros. 1/s are transfer function blocks and I have also added step input block to the model then also scope is not showing graph.Wgen i run my matlab code it shows graph. After adding step input I again simulated the model then error is showing

Assuming that your model and connections are correct, you will be able to see the graph once you double click on the scope blocks attached.
