university verification is stuck in a continuous loop

I am trying to update matlab and all goes well until I get to the screen below

I click to verifiy my login and I get the green light seen below

despite getting this "verification successful" when I click "OK" nothing happens

Here is what I have tried:

• pressed "Click Here" multiple times
• cleared my cookies for both matlab and school websites
• restarted my PC
• opened in diffrent browsers

Why cant I log in?

You may try out the following solutions:

1. Reverify your license before completing the installation. To reverify, go to matlab.mathworks.com and log in to your MathWorks account using your student email address.
2. Reverify using your campus portal page. Search mathworks.com for the name of your school and click on the page that says your school's name followed by "MATLAB Access for Everyone". Then click the "Sign in to get started" button and authenticate on your school's login page.
3. There might be a possibility that, there might be multiple licences, having the same licence number, to choose from. Select “designated computer” rather than selecting “individual” licence.
