Hi,
My code is not functioning as I think it should. The code is as follows:
- rho + gamma*(abar(t-1,1) - a(t-1,1)) - gamma*(a(t-1,1) - c(t-1,1)) - delta - (delta*a(t-1,1) + abar(t-1,1)*g_abar - gamma*(abar(t-1,1) - a(t-1,1))*z(t-1,1))/(abar(t-1,1) - a(t-1,1))
It is meant to reflect the RHS of the following equation.
Is the RHS of the attached equation equivalent to the written in code?

- rho + gamma*(abar(t-1,1) - a(t-1,1)) - gamma*(a(t-1,1) - c(t-1,1)) - delta - (delta*a(t-1,1) + abar(t-1,1)*g_abar - gamma*(abar(t-1,1) - s*a(t-1,1))*z(t-1,1))/(abar(t-1,1) - a(t-1,1))
instead of
- rho + gamma*(abar(t-1,1) - a(t-1,1)) - gamma*(a(t-1,1) - c(t-1,1)) - delta - (delta*a(t-1,1) + abar(t-1,1)*g_abar - gamma*(abar(t-1,1) - a(t-1,1))*z(t-1,1))/(abar(t-1,1) - a(t-1,1))

Isn't there an "s" in the numerator of your fractional expression ?
(a_bar_t*g_a_bar - gamma*(a_bar_t - s*a_t)*z_t + delta*a_t)/(a_bar_t-a_t)
At least in my editor, it looks as such.
