Im getting this error: Error using horzcat Dimensions of arrays being concatenated are not consistent

Im trying to develop a multilevel image thresholding based on artificial bee colony algorithm. But i got this error when try to run the program. Anyone knows how to fix it?
I attached the file so that easy to look.
