parallel computing - cluster profile validation job test(create job) stuck in running

I'm using parallel computing toolbox. When I tried to validate local profile in cluster profile manager "job test" step takes very long time and stuck in running state.(Tried in both version 2021a and 2021b)

Any chance you have a local pool already running? If so, this would block validation.
If not, I would suggest reaching out to Technical Support.
