combing rows into one row

Hello, I have a matfile looking like that

I need to combine all the rows (excluding the 1st row and 1 column), I've tried to use num2cell and it doesnt work.

Does anyone know how to do that?

I assume you want to have all values in a row vector:

YouWant = reshape(MeanTemp(2:end,2:end),1,[]);
