How can I make polar plots with coordinates -180 to 180 instead of 0 to 360

I need to make a plot for lift generated by an air foil for different angle of attacks from -180 degree to 180 degree. I have the forces corresposning to each angle of attack as a array. So how can I make a polar plot with angle variying -180 to 180 instead of 0 to 360 ?

You can use the function 'thetalim' to control the axis limits shown on your polar plot. Please refer to the following link for for more information and examples on how to use this function:
