Plotting 2D contours in Z-plane

Hi All,

I have a number of 2D contour images that I would like to stack together into a 3D contour, much like a map. Each 2D image represents a slice and I need a way to stack them together and then display the resulting 3D plot. I have the Z coordinates for each slice (each slice is 1mm thick). Basically my question is 1) How to convert multiple 2D contours into 3D, and 2) how to then view the 3D contour.
