Operating path tracking simulink model of differential drive robot on turtlebot3

Hey,
I am working on the path tracking algrithm and trying to implement model on Turtlebot3. But I am not sure how to use ROS nodes in simulink to do it and I am not sure how many nodes are needed for it like for controlling the turtlebot3 velocity, one for pose or waypoint. I am attaching the image of my model, kindly help me in using the ROS nodes along with their respective positions and number of nodes for publisher and subscriber.

Please take a look at the following example.
There are several examples on how to use Simulink and Turtlebot in ROS Toolbox. Please have a look those examples.
