Was it 378 by itself, or was it -95,378?
378 by itself I do not have any information on, but 379 is related to activation using the wrong code.
95,378 has to do with hostname resolution. https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/95791-why-do-i-receive-license-manager-error-95#answer_426970

Yes, they certainly will. Did you actually even call them? Like my answer indicates, I can't help you but the installation tech support can so why don't you call them?
