How to perform analog to digital conversion using simulink?

How to perform analog to digital conversion using simulink?. Is there any in built block(not for target boards)?. or should we have to build one?

Dear all, I have a PMOD1 A/D converter from Digilent, I want to use this with ZED Board or V5 Genesys Board. Also I do not want to write any HDL code to covert the A/D, instead I want the whole signal chain to develop in Simulink or SystemGEN. Can someone help me, how to do in step by step process.Basically FIR filter and other blocks I know, I am looking for the A/D block and output wil feed to the FIR input that mechanism.
