How to solve this problem:Error getting support package information from mathworks.com. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly configured

 My Matlab version is Student R2014a,When I want to install simulink for arduino, I can't install it and matalab always shows this error:"Error getting support package information from mathworks.com. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly configured". and my internet is connected and I turned off anti_virus software and firewal,but I still can't install it.

This looks like an installation issue. You should contact MathWorks technical support installation team and they should be able to resolve it.
