Unable to modify the internal inductance value of IGBT and MOSFET

The internal inductance of the IGBT and mosfet cannot be modified, they are always unselected.

This is controlled by your powergui settings. You can either go into the powergui block and turn off ideal switching or you can set the simulation to a discrete time simulation.
