How to calculate the kinetics parameters (mu, mumax, ks, ki) ?

how to calculate the Aiba model, Edward Model, Yano model and webb model? how to plot all model vaules in one graph? I am not familier with matlab.

Models are same (on that answer, only haldane model code not other models).

we have to findout individual model values as well as all models value compare with each others and generate one graph (as like comparative model graph).

Hi @Pooja, given that a working answer to your question was already given in your previous question, the only thing that remains to be done is to apply that code with different functions used in fittype.

Doing that, and then plotting the different curves obtained in the same plot is easy enough, so if you're sturggling doing that I would suggest you take some time and make some effort in learning MatLab basics. You can start doing so with the free Matlab Onramp tutorials.
