Is it possible to use MatLab to make a interactive visualization?

So what I'm asking is, is it possible to use Matlab to make and visulalization that is interactive?
And if the answer is yes, how? I've been searching on the web and I can't manage to find anything of help.
What I want to make is something like this:

Where the U is inputs the W is what I want to be a interactive value, like a slider or some sort and Y is the output dependent on U and W.

Please see the app and the Live Script attached. Let me know if that is what you were looking for.
If you are looking for something more real time, you can take a look at Simulink. If you need to model a physical system, I would also take a look at Simscape.
