How can I add materials/layers to HIFU (HIgh Intensity Focused Ultrasound) Simulator?

Hello, I am using the HIFU Simulator v1.2 which has an example simulation with two materials (water and tissue). I would like to add a few more materials, i.e. I want to be able to define each tissue layer individually (skin, fat, muscle,etc.) in order to improve the simulation. How can I achieve this?
