Array as an input for Lookup Table

Hello,

I want to transfer the value in the table by some calculation. The value in the table imported and saved as "NEDC.mat" with 1 column and 1180 rows. To calculate each value, I want to use Lookup Table (I'm not sure). I captured some photos as following.

The question is: 1. Is there some other simple solution instead of Lookup table? 2. How to input "NEDC.mat" in Lookup Table? Or how to treat the value in "NEDC.mat" as I want?
