How can i derive difference equation from Z transform function?

Z transform function:

Num: 1, 2, 1

Den: 1, -1.99826, 0.99826

would this be correct?

Difference Equation

[n]−1.99826 [n−1]+0.99826 y[n−2]=1 [n]+2 y[n−1]+1 y[n−2]
