How to get the label name when I enable the property of signal propagation

I have enable the signal propagation, and the line is also show the propagated singals, see the picture. but how can I get the lable name use script (get the lable '<VTQC_fADSpdLimit_kph>' in the picture).

or is there any solutions to judge that the propagated singals lable is empty or not;
