NLME with zero PSI

Hallo,

is it possible to only estimate the fixed effect of a parameter and set the random effect of this parameter to zero?

I am using this for my fitting: https://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/nlmefit.html

and I would like to set a few diagonal value of PSI matrix to zero (random effect is set to zero)
