I'd to compile it without running it, and I need a command for this as opposed to point and click because I'd like to put this in CI and cache the results so that I can run multiple jobs after it without having to recompile each one.
I've seen the model name command, but it didn't work for me, it gave the error "Accelerator mode is not supported through the model command," which reminds me that I need to be able to build separately in accelerator and rapid accelerator modes for different applications.

See if this is what you need. It is equivalent to manual press Ctrl+D
set_param(model,'SimulationCommand','Update')
