How do I implement the PRIMA algorithm?

Hello everybody,
I'm new in the field of model order reduction and I need tips to implement the PRIMA algorithm. My model is presented by state space equations and I want to create a smaller model with PRIMA.
Is anybody of you at home in this subject?
