while inserting rows in excel one row is inserting correctly but while we are inserting another row the previous row is getting override with the new row.

Kasi - please post the code that you are using to perform the insertion of rows into the Excel worksheet so that we can get an idea as to what the code is doing and where it can be adjusted to solve your problem.
