my Pixhawk4 can not connect QGC after flashing the frameware v1.10.2

The booster interface of my board is different from the communication interface. One is COM3 and the other is COM5.
I have solved this problem through troubleshooting, but after flashing the firmware v1.10.2, QGC cannot be connected any more.

Makesure that MAVLink is enabled over the USB of Pixhawk 4. This doc will be helpful.
