How to know if I have license when(before) I startup Matlab

my license is managed by my organization, by a server with lmtools.exe tool.
sometimes, my license could be unavailable, so when I start my matlab.exe, I get "Activate MathWorks Software" prompt as bellow,

the startup is slow and waste a bit of time and operations
I plan to run a script (e.g. check_license.bat ) before I start my matlab.exe, it will check if I have an available matlab license.
- which command could I use to check license availble
- if existing other way to do it

Is there a way for licenses to be monitored from the client machine instead of the server?

Hi Leo Zhai,
It is my understanding that , you want to know if any command exists to know whether you have the license or not and also ways to activate matlab license.
