Matrix of an Image

By manipulating the associated matrix of an image I need to create an up-side-down as well as left-to-right corresponding image. How can this be done with an image?

flippedImage = flipud(yourImage); Flip top to bottom.
flippedImage = fliplr(yourImage); % Flip left and right.
