How to generate post-processing deformation (color grading) in matlab based on data excel from ansys?

Hi everybody.
I want to ask how to generate post-processing deformation (color grading) in matlab based on excel data from ansys. So, I need validation from matlab for post-processing in FEM application like Ansys.
In the figure above (left: ansys, right:matlab) is post processing stress in element location. But, I don't know how to generate deformation (nodal location) in matlab. Please help.

In Ansys, the post processing deformation (nodal location) looks like in figure above. How to generate that in Matlab? Thank you.
