Creating interactive Libraries for App Designer

Hi,

I would like to create a custom toolbox at work that allows users to interactively program sequences in a GUI with a set of Libary components.

The similar things I've seen to my aim is the way the Deep Neural Network Designer works.

Is there an existing framework to do this? Or how do I got about doing it within the Mathlab envrioment.
