MATLAB lsqcurvefitting using real data

I have a model of 5-differential equations. I want to model fitting to real data for all parameters and for infectious parameter using MATLAB lsqucurvefitting. I have the data on excel but each compartment is on different sheet.

So your question is how to read in the data from excel?
