Did you try deleting the folder
C:\PX4\hom​e\Firmware​\src\modul​es\px4_sim​ulink_app?

As the error messages says, Delete the files in the folder C:\PX4\home\Firmware\src\modules\px4_simulink_app manually and try building again.
