Setting Initial Conditions for Genetic Algorithm

Hi,

I would like to know if there is anyway I can give my ga function an initial condition.

[x(i,:) fval(i,:)] = ga(prob,1,[],[],[],[],-21,25,[],options);

Any help is appreciated.
