How to change contourf facealpha in 2014b ?

My current code grabs the children and changes their facealpha, but this no longer works in 2014b. I see I can dig down into "FacePrims" in the contourf handle, but I don't see alpha in there. Please avoid file exchange solutions if possible since I'm not working on a networked machine.
