If I understand correctly, you want to know the voltage at port 2 on each of these subsystems wth respect to ground. You can use the variable v inside each of the capacitors to ground. Consider using the simlog (https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/simscape/ug/log-and-plot-simulation-data.html) to store the data, and then get v for those capacitors from the simlog.
