About PLP and installation

I tried to install with CD, but didn't get any PLPs so couldn't install at all. Even I have clicked 'Get My PLP' a lot, there wasn't any mail. How can I get PLP?

You don't, unless you're trying to install a version of MATLAB that's over ten years old. See this Answers post for more information and the alternative if you're trying to install a recent release.
