how to remove background from an image

I have an image which i have uploaded ,in that image i want to read only the text and need to remove background,(i.e)reading the text must be very clear can anyone tell how to process please

It is very odd how much alike you and FIR phrase things and work on exactly the same problems. Are you and FIR twins taking the same university course? It gets a bit frustrating for people to answer the same question for both of you.
