Luenberger Observer not working

I am trying to desing a Luenberger observer and then intend to design a state feedback control for my system. I had a continuous time system which i had converted to a dsicrete time state space model. I now intend to design the observer. The second state of the system is the output of the system.
Please find attached the screenshots. I look forward to your replies. Thanks in advance. The matrices used for the observer are the same as the discrete system.

We don’t have access to your implementation. Might be an issue with the observer gain or sample time. I suggest checking the DC Motor Control (State-Feedback and Observer) example in Simscape Electrical as a starting point of how to use this block.
