Why do I get "Failed to connect to simulation server on localhost:35706"?

I get the following error since I start a simulation RoadRunner scenario:

> Started RoadRunner API server on port 35707.

> Started Scenario API server on port 35706.

> ERROR: Failed to connect to simulation server on localhost:35706: failed to connect to all addresses.

> ERROR: Server failed to start. Cannot start simulation.

If you delete both system environment variables "http_proxy" and "https_proxy", then it should work.
