how can i mark the maximum of my plot and have extent and time for it?

this is my code and the file is a 10*2231 double matrice, how can i get extent and time for my plot and mark the maximum of it?
y=xlsread('newshishe_3mordad_2714.csv');
plot(y').

Look into the max function, particularly this syntax.\
[M,I] = max(___)
