i have to export list of data of approx 5000 rows and i have to always start from first cell of excel sheet how to do this?

the issue is whenever i am executing everytime it is leaving 3 or 4 rows and then data is getting printed

why use the append mode ?

also dlmwrite is a bit old , have you tried more recent functions like writematrix / writecell / writetable

sir after every execution i will have 5000 values that i have to store in csv format with no overlapping of data

do I understand right :

data=[l b h prameters]

has 5000 columns and you have multiple iterations (for loop) so at the end you should have n*5000 columns of data in your excel sheet ?

do you have always the same amount of rows or is it changing during the for loop iteration ?
