Hi everyone, I bought the license since few weeks ago. And I used the ' newff ' function normally without any problem before until this error message appear ! what is the reason ?

Hi! It is my understanding that you are getting License Manager Error -10.
The License Manager Error -10 indicates that one or more products listed in your license file have expired. This error does not necessarily imply that your entire license has expired, but rather that specific products within the license have reached their expiration date.
To confirm whether your license has expired or not, you can check your licenses by visiting the following link:
By accessing this portal, you will be able to view the details of your licenses and determine their status.
If the License Center indicates that your product(s) have not expired but you are receiving an error -10 when trying to use a specific toolbox (Neural_Network_Toolbox in your case) double check that the toolbox on the license has not expired in the License Center.
If it has not expired and you are using an Individual or Designated Computer license, update it using the instructions mentioned in the following link.
If you are using a network license, contact your License Administrator and ask them to make sure that the hosted license file is up to date.
If the License Center indicates that your product(s) have expired, it is necessary to renew the license before being able to use them again.
