exporting Adjacency Matrix From Simulink Model

Hi, can I export an adjacency matrix from a Simulink model in "slx" format?
I am trying to convert a large scale Simulink model to an adjacency matrix so that I can use it by IBM CPLEX Optimizer.
Please, give me some feedback.
