I am using simscape to model a loop heat pipe, and my current problem is I do not know how to specify how much fluid is filled inside the loop heat pipe. Inside the heat pipe, it is a closed system, no mass come in or out, and I want the fluid to be two phase.

This question may give you some hints on heat pipe.
Regarding the total mass in a closed system, you may run the model for a very short period of time, and try to gather information from the simlog for the mass. In the two-phase domain, components like volumes and pipes have "mass" variable tracked in the simlog.
