Simulink Real Time Explorer Not Opening

Hello,
When I run simulink real time explorer command (slrtexplr) I get the error below.
I have Simulink Real-time installed in addition to Simulink Coder and MATLAB coder.
Has anyone had this issue before?

Error using desktop.xpcdesktop.getInstance
Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi Leonid, can you please tell me which version of Windows are you using to work on Simulink Real Time Explorer?

Can you use ' slrtExplorer' instead of 'slrtexplr'?
