Facing Error in installing Hardware support package of Arduino

Initially, I just dowloaded the hardware support package for Arduino, but didn't install at that time. Then, I wrote a basic code and tried to run it but it showed me an error "'arduino' requires MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware". I tried to install the package this time, but unable to get the download done. Should I remove previous downloaded package for installing new one? Kindly guide me in this regard.

Aparece uma erro ao baixar o Arduino Hardware Support Package Installation Error - dizenddo que nao e possivel instalar software de terceiros. Alguem sabe com resolver isso?
